Project Spotlight: Lyons Residence
Our team at HWS Garages loves bringing what was once an idea to life. Our goal on every project is to design and build a garage that makes a homeowner’s property more functional, have better curb appeal, and enhanced in value. We recently got the opportunity to do that at the Lyons residence on a job involving a 1.5-story garage. Mr. Lyons was interested in a garage addition he could park his vehicles in, as well as room for storage and a finished recreation room. The vision for the garage was to match the house, but we also needed to comply with Home Owner’s Association design regulations and complement the rest of the construction in the neighborhood. We finished the project with great success, giving the Lyons family a beautiful detached garage. See photos and more details below.

- a 10’x26′ concrete side pad for his boat

- brick veneer foundation
- 9.5 ft. ceilings
- HardiePlank siding to match the house

- windows, including a triple window with half-moon accent
